How To Make a Plaster Cast of an Animal Track (Illustration)

Tracking is a great skill to have which exercises your Observation and Deduction. Sometimes, though, you might wish to capture an interesting track for you to look at later. Photographs might work, but the 3D aspect is totally lost. The best way to preserve a track is to make a plaster cast of it. This process is simple and inexpensive, and you can keep the preserved track indefinitely. I’ve drawn a short tutorial illustrating this process. I hope you enjoy it!
